How was your Halloween ComicFest event? Wonderful. We had a costume contest, comic giveaways, trivia contest and all around great time!
What has been your best promotion or event? Our annual Black Friday sales event. We have huge savings on everything in the store, and really thank our customers with this promotion. Folks drive from other states just to take advantage of our 50% off comics and trade sale, our toy and Statue sales incentives, and all around good time.
What recent changes have you made in the store? We recently redid our entire toy section to feature a huge Star Wars action figure and toy shop, within the store. Everything from Hasbro figures to Gentle Giant Busts, to Sideshow and Hot Toys, you can find it here.
What are your plans for the near future? We continue to try to purchase comics for sale that our customers want, and keep our finger on the pulse of what is in demand today, from our customers. We expect our Star Wars section to continue to garner huge interest, and recently expanded our new comics and back issue offerings as well.
How did you choose your store name? My wife and I started New Force some 22+ years ago. We kind of happenstanced on wanting to be a "new” force in the comic and toy market, and the name, "New Force" rang true to both of us.
What superpower would you most like to have? Flight!... I really hate to drive lol.
