We are a small but mighty comic book shop located in Uptown Kingston, New York, specializing in current comics and graphic novels. We offer a variety of genres, from superheroes and science fiction to horror and slice-of-life. We work hard to stock comics and graphic novels that are interesting and kid-friendly as well as titles for mature readers. We support local and independent creators and are always on the lookout for comics, zines, art, and other small creator-owned material to showcase.
We started up in May of 2017, with shelves at what have become our secondary locations -- Rough Draft Bar & Books at 82 Crown Street, and Half Moon Books at 35 North Front Street, both in Uptown Kingston. We opened our main store in Midtown Kingston in December 2019 so that we could offer a wider variety of titles as well as games, toys, used books and DVDs, candy, zines, and locally-produced works. Our stock varies widely between the three locations, so we recommend visiting each one!
